Refund & Return

For any products defects, shipping damages, and inconsistences that can be found at receiving the product, you can claim a return and exchange of the new correct item at the customer service contact on our website. 1. Application Procedure

If you registered for an account when you ordered, you can submit a return request online. To do so:

  • login to your account.
  • click the My Account link.
  • click Orders.
  • you should see a “Return Item(s)” button next to any of your “Completed” orders.
  • choose the reason for the return request, desired result, and some additional info in the comments section then click “Submit Return Request” button.

2. Credit/debit /PayPal Refund Time

A debit or credit card refund can take a few days to process. The time frame is generally between 2-10 business days. If you pay with PayPal, the money is refunded to your PayPal balance.

3. Return & Exchange Conditions

1) The return or replacement period shall not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the original order was received.

2) All items must be kept in original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be modified in any way.

3) When returning or exchanging goods, customers must use a delivery method with tracking function. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.

4) In case of return or exchange, the promotional gifts received must be attached to the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

5) A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

6) Shipping costs are your responsibility, and will not be refunded.

4. Exception/Non-returnable

We cannot return or warranty items due to negligence, misuse, unauthorized repair or seal tampering. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

5. Freight Returns

If you are returning an item for exchange, please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs involved in the return, as well as the shipping costs to send the new item back to you.

If you are returning a faulty item, we will cover the cost of sending you a replacement and send you a shipping label so you can send the faulty item back to us.

If we sent you the wrong item, we will send you a shipping label so you can post the wrong item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will post the correct item to you and cover shipping costs associated with that delivery.

6. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 days.

7. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It usually takes 7 days for your refund to show up on your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact us at info@ledmircy.com

Please Note: You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.

Original shipping costs incurred to LEDMIRCY will not be refunded.

8. Return Expectations:

When sending us an email, please do the following:

  • Subject Line – “Return Request – (your invoice number)”
  • Include the following in the body of your email.
  • Your name
  • The item(s) that you would like to return
  • Any additional information that you find relevant
  • Photos (we may request them anyway)
