Shipping Policy

Due to pandemic challenges, our carriers may experience short shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. We are always committed to delivering your package to you as quickly and safely as possible. We know that the speed of arrival of packages is very important. If the package does not arrive on time, please feel free to contact us. We will resolve any issues together.

  • General Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight,dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This prise will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
  • Shipping From Location: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight,dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This prise will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
  • Shipping From Location: 1) Domestic orders are shipped from our US warehouses, but exceptions may occur due to inventory shortages, so we may have to ship from China. 2) International orders are shipped from any of our warehouses.
  • Ship To Regions: 1) United States and Canada mainly. 2) Rest of the world.
  • Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours after order confirmation email sent, but excluding weekends. If you place your order on a non-working day, we will start filling the order on the following business day. After the order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to you for tracking information.  Standard shipping within the continental United States takes between 4 to 10 business days in transit and is fully insured and traceable. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24-72 hours of your order confirmation email, please contact our customer service. If you need assistant, please click on our ‘Contact Us’ page. Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.
  • Shipping Delay: For an huge delay in the shipping of order, please contact with us and shipping carrier to check out the expected delivery date. If you can not accept the final delivery date, can submit a full refund of the orders but must return the order back to us when you receive it. We will only process refund when we receive the returned items.
  • Shipping Tracking: 1) If a member has ordered LEDMIRCCY item(s), you can visit: My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state. 2)Your tracking number will be sent in email immediately after we ship the order out. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival time of your order. (Please note that tracking information will only be updated online in 1 working day after your order has been shipped.)
